Return & Refund Policy

At VastvikWear, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


Size Exchange Policy

We offer size exchange within 3 days from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed
  • It should be in original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact

A nominal fee will be charged to cover shipping and operational expenses.

How to Request an Exchange:
Please email us at carevastvikwear@gmail.com with the following details:

  • Order Number
  • Reason for exchange

Once we receive and verify the returned product at our warehouse, the replacement item will be dispatched within 7–10 working days.


Defective or Incorrect Product

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • You receive a defective product, or
  • You receive an incorrect item

All our products go through strict quality checks before dispatch. Items that are used, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return or replacement and will be sent back to the customer.

If you receive a defective or wrong product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing carevastvikwear@gmail.com along with clear images or videos showing the issue.
Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted.


Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only for defective or incorrect products
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error is from our side
  • Please review your order carefully before placing it

Once the return is approved and the product is verified, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 7 business days.
