• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
• Items found worn or used will not be accepted.
• Refunds are issued only as store credit (valid for 1 year) or as a product exchange.
• Products purchased during sales are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
