By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided by you—including personal, shipping, and payment details—is accurate, complete, and current.

VastvikWear reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if any fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized activity is suspected.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on vastvikwear.com are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept multiple payment methods, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Etc.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, the price applicable at the time of order placement will be honored.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days after successful payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Delhi/NCR: 3–4 working days
  • Metro Cities: 5–6 working days
  • Rest of India: 6–8 working days

Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, natural events, strikes, or logistical issues.

Once an order has been shipped, VastvikWear shall not be held responsible for delays, lost shipments, or delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of damaged or defective products.

Customers must raise a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving the product, along with valid proof (images/videos).

Size exchanges are permitted subject to product availability and a nominal shipping and handling fee. Customers are advised to carefully refer to the size chart before placing an order.

In case of an approved exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7–10 working days after the returned item is received and verified at our warehouse.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
